We do not guarantee that your new followers will engage with you; our commitment is to deliver the followers you have purchased. While we strive for accounts with profile images, full bios, and uploaded photos, we cannot guarantee this for every account.
You are strictly prohibited from uploading any content to the Smmstors platform that violates the acceptable standards of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other social media community. This includes materials not accepted or suitable for these platforms, such as content found on Fiverr, eBay, or similar websites.
Smmstors does not guarantee full delivery within 24-48 hours, and we do not provide delivery time guarantees. While we provide our best estimations for order processing times, these are only estimates. Smmstors will not be held responsible for financial losses, negative reviews, or account suspension due to late delivery. If you are using our services on a time-sensitive website, you do so at your own risk.
Refund Policy
Smmstors offers non-tangible, sealed products, and therefore, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed. Our refund policy, in this context, refers to a minimum thirty-day refill guarantee on all orders. Most of our services include a thirty-day refill guarantee. Once an order is completed, no refunds will be provided. Refunds are offered in the form of a thirty-day refill or an extended offer.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding these terms before making any purchases on our platform. While we acknowledge that exceptional circumstances may arise regarding the nature of the products we offer, refund requests are considered for the following reasons:

Using Multiple Servers: Using multiple servers simultaneously for the same page may result in inaccurate follower or like counts. No refunds will be provided for such orders. Please exercise caution.
Service Start Times: Most of our services begin instantly, with the exception of a few that take 24-48 hours to deliver. If you do not receive your service on time, please contact our support for assistance. We are available online 18 hours a day to provide support.
